Great penthouse with wonderful views to the swimming pool of the complex and the sea. Located in the centre of Playa de las Americas, the ideal place to spend your holidays with your family, as a couple or simply to live your adventure in one of the most important points of interest of the Canary Islands.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms with ceiling fan, 1 bathroom with walk in shower and a fully equipped kitchenette for your stay. In the living room you will find a nice sofa, flat screen TV and a ceiling fan to keep you cool on hot days. From the living room you have access to a lovely furnished terrace with tables and chairs for al fresco dining and sunbathing with wonderful views of the ocean.
The complex where the apartment is located has a large swimming pool with bridges and waterfalls, both for adults and children with a central area with deep water of 1,10 mt and the rest with a depth of 60 cm. We are sure that it will be the enjoyment for adults and children. The pool also has a lifeguard and a pool bar.
Playa de las Americas, also known simply as Las Americas, is one of the population entities that make up the municipality of Arona, on the island of Tenerife, and is one of the main tourist centres of the island.
It is also one of the places with the largest leisure offer in the south of Tenerife, with bars, pubs, terraces, restaurants, and numerous discotheques, etc. The area includes several beaches, spectacular shopping centres, promenades equipped to enjoy the views and leisure areas that Playa de Las Américas has to offer.
